O universo das atividades saudáveis – Aula de Inglês – 1º ano Ensino Fundamental

During Unit 1 “This is My Body,” 1st-grade students learned about the universe of healthy activities, exploring both balanced nutrition and the importance of physical activity in their lives. We know how essential good habits are for our daily lives and how fundamental it is to cultivate them from an early age. 💪🍎 Throughout the classes, they explored in a fun and educational way the importance of making choices that benefit not only their bodies but also their minds – they exchanged ideas and shared tips and experiences among friends! 🏃‍♂🍏 And to put all this learning into practice in an even more fun way, nothing better than a game! Through the “Hot Potato” game, our students put the vocabulary they learned into action, with lots of laughter and fun. It was an incredible experience to see how much they are absorbing and experiencing these teachings so positively! ✨🥔

Durante a Unidade 1 “Este é meu corpo”, os alunos do 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental aprenderam sobre o universo das atividades saudáveis, explorando tanto a alimentação balanceada, quanto a importância da atividade física em suas vidas. Sabemos o quanto bons hábitos são essenciais para o nosso dia a dia e como é fundamental cultivá-los desde cedo. 💪🍎

Ao longo das aulas, exploraram de forma divertida e educativa a importância de fazer escolhas que beneficiem não só seus corpos, mas também suas mentes – trocaram ideias e compartilharam entre amigos dicas e experiências! 🏃‍♂🍏

E para colocar todo esse aprendizado em prática de uma maneira ainda mais divertida, nada melhor do que uma brincadeira! Através do jogo “Hot Potato”, nossos alunos colocaram o vocabulário aprendido em ação, com muita risada e diversão. Foi uma experiência incrível ver o quanto estão absorvendo e vivenciando esses ensinamentos de forma tão positiva! ✨🥔
