Os alunos dos 4ºs anos A e B puderam observar através do experimento de fermentação das leveduras. Eles escreveram hipóteses sobre o que acontece quando se adiciona açúcar a uma solução de água com o fermento biológico. Eles achavam que apenas dissolvia, mas ao ver a fermentação, ficaram encantados!
